Faculty
The teachers are well qualified and experienced. They are highly motivated and have passion to work with kids. At Little Explorer’s Academy we maintain right student teacher ratio. This ensures that teachers have time to work closely with individual students. The teachers encourage students to do their best; they inspire them to surpass expectations. Teachers nurture the students, but they also challenge them to learn more, do more and be more than they thought is possible. |

Management Team
Chairman and Co-founder: Dr. (Mrs) Saroj Malik
Dr. Saroj Malik has been into education field from past 40 years. She worked as professor of Organic Chemistry in Kanpur University for over 35 years. She holds MSc, Phd from HBTI Kanpur. She has guided over seven students for Phd in collaboration with IIT Kanpur and has published many papers in national and international journals. Her work in polymer science is acknowledged in the field of organic chemistry. Dr. Malik had been NSS co-ordinator of Kanpur University for two consecutive terms. She had been playing active role in promoting social causes like women empowerment, education and health. She was nominated as women of the year by an international magazine for her work related to social causes.
Being in educational field for so long, Dr. Malik is passionate to impart quality education and has founded LEA for this social cause.
Managing Trustee, CEO and Co-founder: Shweta Singh
Shweta Singh has completed her engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering. She has done her MBA from St. Joseph’s College of Business Administration, Bangalore with specialization in HR & Marketing. She has worked in IT industry for many years in the area of human resource management. She is a successful entrepreneur and is running pre-school by name BLOSSOMS for past 12 years.
She believes in philosophy of Never stop learning and growing and wants to foster this message to the young budding minds at LEA.
Trustee: Ajay Kumar
Ajay Kumar has completed his B. Tech. from IIT, Kharagpur. He has worked in many MNCs in different technical roles for around 18 years before moving to the field of education. His vast experience will be useful in progress of LEA and making it one of the best schools.
